In the meantime

The most useful thing you can send us is a correction. If a guide is out of date, a shuttle point has moved, a fee has changed, or a link is broken, telling us helps the next traveler who lands on the same page. Notes on what was unclear or missing are just as welcome.

We are not able to answer questions about a specific booking, quote, or dispute — for that, your rental company or the booking site you used is the right contact. What we can do is explain how something generally works, and point you to the part of the guide that covers it.

Media, advertising and partnerships

We welcome enquiries about advertising, media, affiliate arrangements, and other commercial partnerships. Advertising and any sponsored material are kept clearly separate from TripAxle's independent travel guidance.

We do not accept payment for a favourable review, recommendation, ranking, or editorial conclusion, or run paid coverage without labelling it. The full policy is in the Affiliate Disclosure. Partnership enquiries can be raised here once the contact form is live.
